Enkindle Improvements Now That Consume Flame Is Nerfed

Now that consume flame is nerfed, I think it’s fair to say that enkindle should be looked at for improvements. Specifically, for the fan the flame choice node. I don’t think there currently is a reason to pick fan the flame over expanded lungs since the benefit to enkindle will likely not be for the entire HOT. I think this should be spiced up a bit to improve blossom builds. Here’s my three recommendations from least fun to most fun:

  1. Double the duration and % healing of active enkindles after engulf casts. I think the original tooltip for fan the flames was similar to this.
  2. Engulf causes active enkindles to burst for 300% of the active HOT. So if a single tick of the HOT was 20k, this would cause an instant heal of 60k.
  3. Engulf rekindles all enkindles that were active in the past 30 seconds, causing them to heal for 300% of the active HOT and have the HOT over 8 seconds. This would likely need tuning, but would be fun to play around with.

It should be baseline and not a choice node imo. And apply to living flame, AND the spell that gets echoed for pres.
