Enhancements calculating wrong secondary stats

My character Trody on Bleeding Hollow server currently has two items with haste equipped. My chest piece grants me +311 Haste and my weapon grants me +549 Haste. The character sheet shows I only have +592 Haste. So for some reason, I am missing most of the +311 Haste from my chest piece. I haven’t checked if all of my other stats are also not calculating correctly but this one is obvious. When I unequip the chest piece and then equip it again, I can see for a split second that I gain 1% haste but it immediately reverts back to the +592 that is being calculated incorrectly.

No I am not in a PvP setting or in some instance with normalized stat values.

Please help!

This has been an ongoing thing for Blizzard. I recall one year, think it was during cataclysm… I would check my stats and noticed my haste 100% and over time and the higher level I would get the haste would decrease… So you can thank Blizzard for that making you feel all powerful as a new chara then slowly take these stats away from you.

Without knowing what character this is happening on and what items you are using, its kind of hard to help
