after playing on my classic tbc enhancement shaman double windfury feels so good we need it in dragonflight.its so fun seeing all the windfury procs just popping off in classic tbc.it feels like an enhancement shaman should feel.
lava lash has been useless since wrath and it still is today we need double windfury back!!!

That is hard given the fact that the last what 3 expansions that is how we had to set up our shamans.
You know what spell I miss on my enhancement shaman the most? healing rains. Enhancement shamans had it in Legion and then Blizzard took that away to just give us healing surge, chain heal, and healing stream totem (which lets face it heals for nothing).
i want double windfury back they dont have to change a thing except let me put windfury on the off hand weapon thats it.

Double windfury is fun but tbh I’d rather see 2 handed enhancement come back as a talent option. Also how would lava lash work in with double windfury? In my head they could have a talent that augments lava lash into a nature damage strike, maybe call it wind lash or something like that, and give a buff to your next windfury proc. Like making it so your next windfury proc while having the buff active guarantees both weapons go off at the same time? Just spit balling here.

Imo I would want LL to be changed into LS(lighting strike) and convert it from Lava to lighting. This is calling back to the days of Vanilla and tbc when we were more wind lighting based, Flame shock, Flametongue and the fire damage totems was our only fire damage which you could only use one flame totem at a time so 3 fire abilities and Flametongue wasn’t used in tbc we were rocking double wf. Seeing how Elemental is a mix between flame lighting and iirc 1 earth damaging ability personally I think Enhancement should go back to being wind and lighting damage. Bring back the SS debuff and Earthshock. Make the debuff where it couldn’t be consumed by lighting shield so it has to be LB,CL or ES to consume it.
imo lava lash needs to go it has been useless since its launch and you have to spec heavy in to lava lash now to make it decent while lowering your stormstrike and windfury damage.
we would be better off going back to the classic tbc enhancement shaman double windfury and 2hd option,
points for bringing up an old one … might actually be time for a good radical idea,
LL and flame on offhand was originally part of the system designed to castrate enhancement, divide up damage in 10-30 different carefully managed sources instead of windfury awesomeness … because math is hard or something. (hint → hardcore ally devs were really tired of dying to lucky windfury crits)

Yes and they contiuned to nerf wf to the point to where for it to be worth a damn you have to have forceful winds talent. What I would love to see is for them to bake forceful winds into wf at max stacks. This is what I would love to see that would help bring WF back into good standing. Again this is IMO.
Yes I remember TBC enhancement. I mained this very shaman I’m posting on back then all the way up to Muru. What I miss the most about that iteration of the spec is totem twisting. I was very proud of my grace of air uptime while still giving my group 100% windfury weapon uptime. That was what separated that real gamers from the nubs. I rerolled in Wrath but still maintained this character as my main alt for ele pvp. Good times.

why would people want enhance to turn into a 1~2 button stormstrike machine
current iteration is pretty nice
only problem i personally have is that they have pretty bad defensives
because lava lash is useless unless you spec into it but you lose damage from stormstrike and windfury.
tbc enhancement shaman is great having a blast playing it i cant wait for wrath enhancement shaman where lava lash is a dps loss…lol.

Unfortunitly LL was a filler ability unless speced into as he said. Now its soul purpose is to be used to refresh FS and when you have nothing else to hit unless your speced into it. So not for nothing LL needs to be looked at redesigned or something to make it more than a button you hit to spread/refresh our only other flame ability. Since we are more into lighting and wind ie blizzard removed all our flame damage totems and we literally only have 2 flame abilities. Well lets just go to being wind and lighting because thats what we are now. We are mostly wind and lighting with 1 ice ability 2 flame abilities and 2 water abilities if you just want to count the elements enhancement has access to. And that is not counting Ele Blast talent.
This in part is kind of true. I hate LL I wish it would be remade into a lighting or wind ability
It was a gambler class, never ever boring, and not easy maintaining glued-to-target-time while managing abilities, totems, and health which frequently dropped like a stone. Gearing up was extensive too, very, without the gear and right stats, you couldn’t “gamble”.
