Enhancement shamans glowing white?

What's the spells that I see that when a enhancement shaman is fighting they turn glowing white ethealeal? Not the pvp talent because they are still attacking

ascendance? if not that, then probably astral shift

im pretty sure its just windfury, you dont see the same animation on yourself

Doesn't ascendance make you appear as some kind of other being? unless they make it so you glow as the opposing faction?

Is it just one of those ghost potions you can get on the timeless isle?

It’s confirmed to be Forceful Winds, but only on opponents and not your own player character.
That is why there’s confusion.

I'm a big fan of the overcharge effect you get when lightning shield hits 20 stacks. I would love to have a glyph that gives you that on GW, because the black lightning wolf is awesome. Of course it's for shaman, so we won't be getting anything fun,.or cool.

Edit: By the way, I'm gonna be stealing that last mog you bad on, with the trial of valor set, and the dark shaman set mix, lol. I'm a fan of orc shaman without kilts for some reason.

that's my current Elemental mog, I actually love the kilts but i decided to mix it up.
