It’s inefficient, but I don’t think it would take much to improve it. It’s more of an enhance issue then an ele or resto issue because these specs don’t have to worry about closing the gap. Enhance can kite fairly well, it’s just the gap closing that becomes miserable, especially in pvp. It’s more of a PvP issue overall I think.
It’s not about a major overhaul, but more “efficiency” to a mobility kit that’s all over the place in a sense.
Thunderous Paws - increase movement speed bonus by more then the 25% it currently has. Maybe more like 50%. The 3 seconds of increased movement speed also makes you immune to movement impairing effects/roots as well for the duration.
Feral Lunge - Reduced to a 20 second cooldown(and maybe off the gcd).
Ghost Wolf - Off the global cooldown.
That’s it. I don’t think it requires much more then that. What do you guys think?
Feral lunge, thunderous paws, wind rush totem (which removes snares every pulse), spirit walk/ gust of wind. Optional 10% base speed increase to ghost wolf.
Honestly mobility doesn’t feel so bad on enhance atm. I feel mobile and tanky with lots of control. Damage feels a bit weak but overall I’m happy with the spec at least in BGs.
In battlegrounds, when there’s group fights(which is most of the time), it feels alright. It’s more in arena(right now skirmishes) when you have showdowns with casters like mages/devokers or ranged like BM hunters, your just a sitting duck. It feels like they can toy with you.
I don’t think we need a complete overhaul, just tweaking of a few existing mobility abilities.
So then take all the much better pvpers, streamers and higher ranked shamans more serious. This isn’t a unique view princess, it’s held by the majority.
I can’t take this “high rank” non sense serious at all. It’s full of carries and auto kick at higher level and some of them were caught with paid addon / bots doing so. Sorry but that means litterally “nothing” to me. Blame DR and how much some classes got too many QoL. Like druids who can’t be slowed down.
I’m not talking about my mediocre butt…or carries/paid addon/bots or whatever else you’re talking about. How could a skilled streamer fake their way? You can see them playing the game lol. You can see their rating after a game on the screen.

I’m saying enhance could seriously benefit from having some of its pre-existing mobility kit modified to increase it’s efficiency. You just read the word “bad” and your brain shut off. Maybe “not efficient” is a better word then “bad”, but the point remains.
The issue with enhance is that you could list off a bunch of mobility stuff like Thunderous paws, wind rush totem, spirit walk, etc. But a lot of it just isn’t efficient the way other specs are. It all just feels thrown together, no synergy. A kind of warrior charge(feral lunge) on a 30 sec cooldown, a speed boost that breaks snares(thunderous paws) where you can immediately be rooted or snared again, a root breaker(on a 1 min cooldown), etc. I’m not talking about overhauling mobility and making us into druids or demon hunters, just making the mobility part of the kit more efficient.
I’m really not fully understanding where your coming from tbh. If you could elaborate instead of coming in the thread with a snotty reply off the bat that would help.
You know you can chose to hide or show whatever you want on a stream? Like look at the amount of streamers caught cheating on Youtube, there’s many. It’s really simple, it’s to wonder if people ever know things about WoW and their Streamers.
I’m not saying there’s not streamers who engage in funny business. But I’m not seeing this elaborate conspiracy around enhancement mobility. There’s respected pvpers, established as solid players and not just whiny shamans who have said there’s issues with enhancement mobility.
Do you care to actually address some of things I brought up instead of harping on this fake streamer and paid bot carry thing? I’m open to hearing your thoughts on it. I’m not operating from the perspective that I’m 100% right, looking for other enhancement to give their perception of mobility in a pvp setting.
As a PvE Enhancement, I’d be satisfied with just Ghost Wolf being off the GCD. My GCD is so locked that half the time I can’t even get into Ghost Wolf until the AoE I need to get out of is about to land.
Definitely what I’m talking about in terms of efficiency. This would make enhancement mobility more efficient and just a good quality of life improvement.

In pvp you have additional pvp talents that address further defensives(burrow) and sacrificing damage for healing(stormreaver). A more glaring issue for enhance in pvp is the damage and struggle against mobile ranged classes.
Sacrificing damage for healing = Stormreaver(pvp Talent)
I’m not particularly worried about movement. I’m enh too.
But, I also agree that ghost wolf should be off GCD as stated above. We have to wait for an ability/spell to finish before transforming into ghost form. It’s not entirely difficult to work with, but it would be nice if you could change faster.
