Been playing Ele, almost all of my gear has Haste on it and I wanna switch to Enhance.
Can I get away with Haste gear as a melee boy or do I need to start farming Mastery gear?
PvP fyi

Thank you for stating this is for pvp. I have no clue pvp for pve I use raidbots.com for sims to tell you what you should focus on for stats.
It depends on your build. Right now the SS build is meta. Stats for that are Vers>Haste>crit=mastery.
If going an elemental build (LL, IS, etc), the stats are Vers>Haste(20%)>Mastery>crit. You need 20% haste to be able to get off groundings and tremors before they spells get casted. Then stack mastery the rest of the way.
If blizz ever did shaman a solid and finally take grounding and tremor off the GCD like they should be, then we wouldn’t need that 20% haste. Building more mastery will be easier in the coming seasons than this season.
This is for PvP btw, I don’t know about PvE.
For PvE it’s very straightforward.
Physical builds go Haste > Mastery > Vers >Crit
Elemental builds go Mastery > Haste > Vers > Crit.
Both specs want Haste for faster cooldowns, faster GCD, higher MSW generation, and more Windfury procs, with Physical builds benefiting much more from the latter.
Elemental wants Mastery for increased elemental damage; Physical wants Mastery for increased Stormbringer resets and Windfury procs.
Versatility is worth less dps point for point than Haste or Mastery in either build, and its defensive value is significantly reduced versus PvP by the different natures of where damage goes and how it’s dealt in PvE.
Crit’s biggest value is lucky one-shotting Elemental Blast crits on world quest mobs.
