Enhance Shaman missing all the time

Wow thanks so much guys…one more thing, my friend has 2 fist of reckonings and two Ace of the legions and said I csn have two of the same…so what better for Orc enhancement sham? Keeping in mind orcs axe passive…fist of reckoning or two axe of the legions?.

Tyvm guys.

Axes always.

Slower the better for your mainhand. You should prefer as an orc to have your offhand match the same swing speed as your mainhand. If so, do double WF.

If you find a really good but FAST axe that is ~ >2.10 swing speed, you can also do flame tongue for the offhand, only!

Even though fist is 190 damage and 2.90speed? I think axe of legion is 155 damage and 2.40 speed

Dont worry about it mate. Enhance is just a buff bot for hunters.

If there is that massive a weapon upgrade, then go for it.

If the axe is marginally worse dps or stat wise, then axe still.

You should look up dungeon and quest rewards to find a good new axe mainhand. Especially when questing solo where you are facing mobs head on, does your racial expertise help a lot.

all single weapon attacks and specials (which MH swings count as) run off the 9%. All offhand swings run off the 24% miss chance unless they’re special (which WF counts as).

Otherwise fury warriors and rogues would be in for a world of dps loss compared to arms and ret.

What would be better out of those two? I’ll have two

You…do realize rogues need massive +hit right? Because they don’t get 9% free.

Your information is correct for 2H, and specials.

I’m pretty sure logs don’t break down the Main Hand when dual wielding, but I can look after work.

Yes, Played a rogue in TBC and pushing for 24% hit in tier 4/5 was a bigger loss than going for a balanced approach after 17%.

They don’t. but most damage meters will.

Right, which I’ve been saying.

I’m 99% positive, even with all my hit, that I’ve had a double miss on whites, but I’ll have to try and dig it out of old logs.

My main point, is that 9% is nowhere near acceptable levels of hit for a DW Shaman.

Edit: At 70.

Someone help with my weapon issues above…

Are you going to craft your Mace/Axe at 70? The Fists.

Are you going to grind solo? The axes.

Prob solo dungeons heroics etc maybe raid later on

If your not going to craft the 2.7 weapons, the axes are fine.

Ok Thankyou, maces would be better damage tho or nah?

You give up the expertise advantage, and you should be able to hit that 9% hit minimum just through talents.

If it was me, and I wasn’t going to craft a BS weapon, I would take the axes.

I don’t know what the rest of your gear looks like, but you should have the +hit and +crit trinkets already.

I’d take the axes.

My hit atm without the extra 3% from the resto tree as I’m enhance/Ele build I have 8.99% hit

I hate the totem twisting build lol

My logs are here.

There’s definitely some areas I could improve.

This is more or less what I said earlier. For some reason Zealous had a problem with it.

Also, little weird that you had my logs ready to go. Do I know you?

Well…OK. heretic. I’m all about the Resto build, as I twist on both Air and Fire lol.

Haha I just found it hectic watching my totem timer for that 10sec then twitching between WF and grace…I’d miss out on SS and shocks too
