Enhance sham rework was great, ty!

Honestly have not had this much fun on shaman in a long time. Really love the rework. A lot of annoyances with totemic have been smoothed out, same for stormbringer, and I love how prim wave works for enh now. Prim storm is awesome, the free sunderings from totemic are awesome. Spec feels really fun overall.

I do have some grievances like losing AG, but my only real ask is for a bit more mobility especially for PvP but wouldn’t hurt for pve either. Loving the gameplay though, spec feels really fun to play in pvp.

Stormbringer/WF Thorims build feels like trash in PvP without Ride the Lightning. Please put the CL part of Ride in the spec tree. Theres no way to use Arc Discharge except manually and it feels clunky. Also, the damage loss from Ride has made the build almost unplayable in PvP.

Agree though totemic/lash and totemic/WF builds are nice.

It’s not even the ride the lightning loss tbh. I played all of ptr without it, and stormbringer was feeling really good. It wasn’t until the awakening storms change (4 procs instead of 3 to get tempest) and the 50% stormstrike nerf at the end of ptr that made it feel absolutely awful.

Prior to both of those changes, stormbringer had more sustained dmg than it did in the previous patch which was a huge positive since that’s what it lacked heavily. Tempest wolves got 10% physical damage added to them and we had a ton of uptime on them until the awakening storms change. The stormstrike nerf applying to pvp was insane, felt like they overlooked that because the 100% buff to lash/stormstrike/ice strike did not apply to pvp, so we randomly got a 50% storm strike nerf for pvp.

So prior to those changes it felt quite good, once those changes happened it felt terrible in pvp. Stormstrike does no damage and the loss of ride the lightning was made much worse by increasing awakening storm procs required from 3 to 4.

Still having to manually use Arc Discharge feels pretty bad on top of everything you mentioned.

What do you mean by manually use arc discharge? its just an instant lightning bolt after tempest, do you think it should be automatic or what do you mean

Ride the Lightning consumed Arc Discharge stacks automatically.

Ah okay wasnt sure if thats what you meant. I didnt really like that at all, preferred to use it on 10 mw stack lightning bolts.
