I just got the iLvl 356 Engraved Spearhead from the World Quest and it only grants 396 Critical Strike bonus for about 10-12s via healing spells.
I have a green trinket from last week… the iLvl 340 Azure Arcanic Amplifier that gives 1843 Critical Strike for 10s via all spells.
