I dont think it exists, but can we utilize a single menu for all engineering wormholes? Through in game or addon?
If not, can we get one of these, kind of like a mage menu for portals and teleports?
It would clear up a lot of slots in my bars.

There is an addon called Teleport Menu which shows every teleport you have, from toys, hearthstones, dungeon portals etc.
When you hit “ESC” to get to the main menu of the game, it has a bunch of submenus around it. These submenus slide out to show all the individual teleports. For example, the bag icon shows teleports that are items, like the arcantina key or the Delve-o-Bot.
Teleport menu groups the engineering teleports under the wrench icon, and it slides out to show all your wormholes:
