Hey maybe you can help me
I learned the wromwhole and i can only use random locations. what exactly do i need to skill to choose the location? i remember in dragonflight i had to do this.

I think you fill the main wheel on one of the tabs.
The Khaz Algar wormhole generator has no specialization points that modify it. When I first made it, I immediately had the option to pick a location in addition to random. Perhaps it has a minimum skill requirement for picking location?
