Arguably the only tinker worth taking atm is battle rez but has to be put on a tinker socket which are only found on goggles and bracers.

Tier makes the goggles a moot option and the single albeit higher secondary stat on the bracers is also a tough sell.

It would be nice if we had the option to add a tinker socket to regular bracers/helm.

Tier makes the goggles a moot option

You only need 4 pieces out of 5, so you have the hypothetical option to use the goggles. Maybe for itemization, you want the tier helmet rather than, for instance, tier gloves, but to merely be eligible for 4-piece bonus, this isn’t entirely true.
