I submitted in game, but am also posting here for vis and to see if anyone has a solution. Wowhead has the soothsayer book in tenaris as the way to swap engi spec. Went there, and spent the 150g to drop gnomish, read the book again and was supplied with no options to learn another spec as it is meant to be in Wrath. I’m going to attempt to do the barrens quest to learn goblin that way.
