I’m lvl’ing engineering for nitro boost and goblin glider, what’s the fastest way to learn those?

Nitro boost is a northrend tinker, learned at lvl 30 northrend eng, and goblin glider is a pandaria tinker, learned at lvl 25 pandaria eng.
Once you have leveled them up and learned the spells, you can purchase a tinkers kit from any engineering vendor to apply them your gear.
Yeah the same tinker’s kit are used for both. Keep a stack in your bags and reapply them when you upgrade your gear.
If I recall correctly, the tools required to do a Nitro boost belt enchant or Flexweave back enchant (works in dungeons when glider does not) or goblin glider back enchant needed to be crafted using BC-engineering.
