Engineering profession for dragon flight

So dragon flight is out some folks are already max profs to those with engineering in terms of fun factor was it worth it, I’m debating on holding onto tailoring.

Can anyone also answer if engineering has a brez item like Shadowlands did?

I’m leveling it slowly, as and if I feel like it. I’ll max it out eventually.
