I am assuming all engineering items will be unusable in TBC arena, including the belt. Any confirmation on this?

They nerfed them in S3 or S4 last go, and considering everything is post nerf.,
Safe bet you can’t use Eng on use.
This isn’t really confirmation though. For example if tornadoes are there s1 then engineering items should still be usable. It’s a shame arena is disabled on the ptr, otherwise we could know. A lot of people might be dropping engineering depending on the result.
Well, lets look logically. Thecrest of the game is shipping in post nerf 2.4.3 tune, so kinda makes path of least resistance sense that arena is also.
That’s probably an incorrect assumption. They are going to open arena and BGs for testing soon on PTR so you can test the items.
most “serious” PvPers are engineers, so i don’t understand why they ask to disable it.
i don’t really care, as i prefer BGs, arena is like basketball without a basket and without a ball to me
