Unable to attach or use the 45 stam buff from engineering “Mind Amplification Dish” to “Armored Titanium Goggles”
Looking for a hot fix here, definitely an issue.

Can also confirm this. Tried using the Mind Amplification Dish Tinker to my new Engineering goggles and it wouldn’t let me apply, but it would let me apply the Dish to other helmets.

Not a bug.
The goggles have an on use.
You cannot add an on use to an item that already has one.
This may not be a bug, but it doesn’t seem like this was originally intended. The “on use” for the engineering goggles is being able to “look far into the distance”. That isn’t any sort of ability enhancement, just a nice quality of life enhancement that almost never gets used.
Please hotfix this Blizz.
