i never see energy distrubution beacon on my holy priest or pres voker while i constantly see it in details for others, what am i doing wrong? thanks for the help
You need to be above 80% health I believe for it to proc. If you are often dropping below that it won’t do anything.

Try un-equip/re-equip and que up. Otherwise I’ve never seen it not work unless constantly going below 80% health.
It doesnt show up on my own details, but does show up on others. Could just be a details bug!

I haven’t played hpal this season but last season I did see it without issue. Not that it was an impressive amount of healing
that would make sense because i never saw it in my own details

Are you looking at damage meters by any chance? There’s a bug with Details where it incorrectly shows damage from ERB for everyone except for your own character but it’s fake damage, it just shows it because it damage you to heal others.
As for healing it’s particularly good for Holy Priest so no reason why you shouldn’t be getting healing value from it.
I still take it on hpal b/c I don’t really know what else would be better, but it’s hard to get full value with the existing health sharing/heal absorb mechanics. You can usually keep yourself topped with consecrate+judgement on CD, which will help you get a lot more value from redistribution beacon, but you’ll also go oom quicker

i don’t know exactly how hpriest works in terms of what is a direct heal or whatever. but it only seems to trigger from direct heals, i imagine pom / sanctify / renew don’t trigger it.
maybe serenity / flash heal
early expac when i tried it on rdruid it only wanted to proc off of regrowth, not even swiftmend

It’s good for HPriest because you passively heal back a lot of the self-damage with mastery, leech and Halo.

The proc is related to direct heals (I’m pretty sure), not HoTs or AoE heals, leeches, etc.
It shows up fine (and as decent chunk of my healing) for my disc priest, but barely at all for my rDruid… Unless I’m spamming regrowth on my Druid, it’s low or not on there.
Might be the same for Pres? Admittedly, I’m not as familiar with your healing kit and its nuances.
It could be categorized in details under “friendly fire” I know some things like sacrifice and tempered in battle (and probably void shift) show up there
