With the range nameplates show up being, well, as it was in vanilla (which is very meh) is there an add-on which will put unit frames on my screen, which are of the enemies I have engaged in combat with? If they would be clickable also target that would be advantageous.

There is no addon capable of showing nameplates above enemies heads past 20 yards, if that is what you’re asking.
I didn’t explain very well.
Think DBM how it puts a small unit frame on the side of your screen when you engage a boss which shows the health remaining etc (basically a small party frame just for the boss)

Oh, I gotcha now. Haven’t heard of anything like that, though I haven’t specifically looked for it either.
