Hey guys,
I have always had a problem seeing which enemy I am targetting when there are quite a few stacking. This results me in losing focus and my rythm of rotation. Is there an add on out there that can help with that?
Any advice would help.

I use elvUI. It comes with a built in name plate function. The nameplates will be lit up of the mob I have targeted and the others will be translucent. They also change color based on their aggro, so I know which ones are about to be pulled off or that I’ve lost aggro on. Or in the case of dps you can see which ones are targeting you.
There’s also an outline function in the wow interface. I’m not sure if it is under the display tab or combat tab but it gives you the option of the game highlighting your target. This might help without the need for an addon, but it also may not make a huge difference either.
I will try this one first as I would like to reduce the amount of add ons that I use.
That being said, if the add on is a lot better I will use it.

Just want to point out that elvui is more of a suite than an addon. It’s one download that covers multiple other addons into it. It allows you to adjust all aspects of your UI without having to get an individual addon for each thing (like one for bars, one for bags, one for nameplates, etc.)
