Yeah I realized too late.

just named my addons folder to addon.bak, wish me luck!

OK, so I ran the SetCvar command everyone has been doing, after renaming my addons folder to addons.bak so that I have zero addons FOR SURE, and check it. You can even tell I don’t have addons in the screenshot because the “addons” button is gone lol.

You know what they say

Sometimes you’re the :beetle:

Sometimes you’re  :shield:

You sure you’re not adding in a period or a semi-colon or something?

Did you try typing it in instead of C&P? Some browsers seem to toss in random meta-data and mess it up too. Then make sure you /reload as it only seems to sometimes fix it.

If you want to reset your UI and then test the SetCVar command, you need to rename 3 folders.

Didn’t work for me either

Small indy gaming company. Gotta be patient.

I think if they were going to fix it, they would have tried this morning.

thought it was only me, tried deleting all addons and resetting UI, turns out it’s the game, lol sad life

FIXED IT.

Copying and pasting from the forum doesn’t work, there has to be some kind of formatting hidden in it somehow. You have to either copy/paste it from the “preformatted” box below OR type it in manually within the game OR paste it into a text editor and then copy/paste from there. But copy/pasting from a regular forum post will not work. It will throw a LUA error.

/run SetCVar("nameplatePlayerMaxDistance", 60)

It didn’t work here :frowning:

EDIT: It worked, I played it on notepad and then pasted it on wow and it worked!
