Enemies blocking attacks while stunned?

I am not sure if this is a bug or not, but I was fighting a paladin and stunned him for 6 seconds. During the stun, my warrior friend was attacking him from the front and the enemy paladin, while stunned, raised his hand and blocked two of my warrior friend’s attacks.

Now - if I am not mistaken - enemies shouldn’t be able to “block” attacks while under the duration of a stun, correct?

If so, this is a bug that needs addressing.

Sounds like the oddities introduced with batching.

No, I don’t think it is that. Because he was blocking attacks midway through the stun - like on the 2 or 3 second mark into the stun.

I think it is a separate bug entirely.

Dunno man, I’ve killed mobs before they stunned me (encased me in ice) and then my toon swung at them AFTER the stun. The corpse.

Batching is suppose to be 400 ms; that’s 4 tenth’s of a second, that’s not enough time for what what Harmondale is describing.

400 MS in actual vanilla video looks to be a complete batch, where as in Classic it looks to be half the batch making the complete batch 800 ms.

it’s possible they simply set it up wrong with the correct information.

I don’t understand how when I’m stealthed and behind an enemy, pounce will miss…

There’s a proc on paladins that look like blocks, but the proc itself is actually just a block boost buff that occurs after they take a critical hit.

Missing with pounce is possible because you’re not yellow attack hit capped. 8% in PvE for melee I think, and 5% for PvP. (I think)

They might dodge or resist. Or you might have missed. It does happen and did in Vanilla. Hit cap is 7-8% for melee.
