Does anyone Know if the Enduring Bloodstone gem has an internal CD? I get around 3-4 procs per random bg (where I’m in fights for most of the game). I use Details! to show me how many times it has procced during a game.
The Gem states “+181 Primary Stat and +5% Damage reduction when affected by Crowd Control”
While the buff description says “grants 5% damage reduction for 6 seconds after being the victim of a loss of control effect”
Does it proc on all crowd control? or certain ones like stuns and not snares?
I wish there were more details on this. I feel like I wasted my money on this because of how little uptime this has.
