Nothing. The issue isnât the concept of hard solo content giving gear, itâs that currently there is no hard solo content.
Hmmm. Guardian Druid mage tower was solo and hard.
1v1 arena would be I bet a lot of people wouldnât break 1500 and pilots are bannable so there wouldnât be any boosts xD
I think itâs pretty pathetic you need 25 people to do a raid, I just feel bad for the boss getting jumped like that.

Sure, most solo content is easy/faceroll, but what about Mage Tower? That one certainly wasnât easy other than for certain specs like Fury Warrior, Arcane Mage, etc
If you think 3s balance is whack, 1v1 will be worse. Some specs will almost just auto loose against equally skilled players of other specs 1v1.
And people complained about it constantly.
I highly doubt you have ever broke 1500 legit if you think 1v1 means anything.
Not at all 3s is more imbalanced because all the of the difference in gear is multiplied by each player, and it being a premade environment means it has a more restricted spec diversity which leans towards more imbalance.
1v1 would have 0 community perception filter on who could participate meaning it would have greater spec diversity and better balance. Itâs okay to lose to something that counters you. You canât win every game thatâs a good life lesson. Also not everyone plays perfects people WILL lose games they should win on paper.
You using a single event to justify solo content not being difficult doesnât make solo content not difficult.
And it was complained about constantly. The vast majority of solo players donât want hard content.
People who raid donât want solo content to feel forced.
The fact that you say this shows you have zero understanding of how pvp in this game works.
Games not balanced around 1v1 and never has. 2v2 is one of the worst brackets and 1v1 would be even worse.

I never said solo players are bad. I said anyone who thinks 1v1 would be balanced doesnât understand how the pvp in this game works.
You should try reading.
Nobody thinks that. But every time Blizzard has tried adding challenging solo content to the game, there are massive complaints.
And when I say âmassiveâ I mean massive.
