End SoD already

SE kinda killed my guild and willingness to keep playing, completely missed the mark with the core player base on this raid.

Gg go next, end sod

Yeah, I’m logging in a lot less. Just nothing to do anymore if you aren’t doing the new raid.

most honest answer here.

i mean makes sense all they added was the new raid. if youre not really willing to do the new raid for whatever reason your time is better spent elsewhere.

Nah. I’ll just play something else to play if the game no longer aligns with how I personally enjoy the game. SoD would have flopped hard if it had launched with these P8 designs.

Imagine if the BFD raid had 5 clears in 2 weeks. SoD would have been dead before phase 2.

Yes but to be fair, BFD was the first level up raid and SE is the last progression raid. It was never going to be crazy. A better example would be Sunken Temple pre-nerf, that was legit crazy.

I do think SE needs to be challenging but not tuned so that you need 30+ geared raiders and perfect comps to meet enrage checks.

Pre-nerf Kelriss was rough. I also remember folks wiping to Lorgus Jett.

Not to mention Gnomer.

Make sod harder. Buff SE. Not because they should, but because the forums would explode and it would be funny

For the same reason as SE, tuning. A level 25 boss had too high resistances. It wasn’t fun casting into the boss and seeing “resisted” over and over again.

I legitimately saw people wiping to the first boss, and the murloc. People being bad was never the argument though.

Gnomer mechanics were more complicated than most of SE.

not up to game dev to kill the game

that is our job. We stop playing = game dead

heh
