Went to start the quest before and i had to exit the game while the dialog was happening. Log back in and now there is no npc to talk to to start the dialog again. It also didnt play the cut scene that is suppose to play. I have the circle on the map but no one with a quest marker above thier head.
Thoughts and options?
Abandoning then retaking the quest should fix it.
