End of scenario"The Medallion of Dominion"

After beating Kel’Thuzad everyone lines up and whatever supposed to happen next fails to load. There’s no dialogue, no loading screen, I’m simply frozen in place. I can still click on my abilities and interact with the NPC I’m standing next to, but I can’t move or actually cast abilities.

After several minutes I was then booted back to the mirror at Sinfall that leads to this scenario.

I was stuck like this too just now; Pacified and unable to use any item or ability or move around. Oddly enough my Dalaran hearthstone DID work. But when I got there it was still the same symptoms. Was about to open a Ticket, then after 5 minutes (approx) I was force-teleported back to Revendrath by the Scenario entrance.

Afterwards I walked into the Covenant base and turned in the quest normally to complete the Campaign.

Same here, soon as i made the killing blow, screen glitched and everyone disappeared except my allies and I was frozen in place, unable to move. same as ya’ll said, no cutscene, no dialogue, nothing to suggest that i completed the quest other than my quest log saying “Ready for turn-in”… I tried /reload, but didnt fix it, still frozen, so i logged out and back in, and finally was unfrozen, but nothing to click on or loot or do except awkwardly hearth back. Very anti-climactic :frowning:

Just happend to me too. Beat Kel Thuzaad then nothing. just standing in front of margrave Sindane and the rest of the crew with nothing happening. Cant move. Still waiting for something to happen next.

3/19/2023, still an issue. Same as mentioned. Killed Kel’Thuzad, everyone gets lined up, I’m pacified and can’t do anything except wait until it boots me out.

4/8/23 - Bug still exists. Waited for 15 minutes for the “boot” to take place, and it never did. After removing the quest, the pacification glitch persists even without the quest being flagged in your Journal. Unable to log out for approximately 3-5 minutes after dropping quest (to get booted from the Scenario) and upon logging back in can finally move and interact with the world again.

Same here. Seems like a cutscene was supposed to play, but didn’t.

Just happened to me too.

This is happening to me right now. I can’t believe this is still an issue in May, '23

Yeah legit just happened to me also. Was able to use the ability Door of Shadows to move around but no other ability worked. Why they still got this bug in here after so long?

Believe it or not, 7/27/2023, still an issue. I’m frozen in place after defeating Kel’Thuzad. What a joke…

Has this been actually reported as a bug? Has Blizzard acknowledged it at all? It’s clearly been here for a while and even today on 08/24/2023 this is still an issue. It was not quite 5 minutes, only about 3 1/2 minutes. But still, this bug has clearly not been fixed.

In case anyone was worried that this might have been fixed, I can confirm the bug still exists as of 9/18/2023.

Yep, this quest has been broken for almost a year now. I guess they don’t care because it’s Shadowlands. It actually gets your character permanently stuck, and not even the stuck character service does anything. It does seem to fix it if you log out, then log into another character.

Blizzard doesn’t care about old content. If it’s not the latest patch in the latest expansion, it probably won’t ever be fixed.

10/18/2023 Still bugged. I could understand them not fixing if it was a side quest, but main Covenant campaign? c’mon Blizz.

Still bugged 10/28/23. Hmph.

11/12/23 - still bugged. Pretty sad tbh. This is the kind of lackluster thing I’d expect elsewhere, but not the final quest of the covenant campaign. Let’s go Blizz…
