Just as a heads up once pre-patch hits that’s going to be the end of BFA Season 4.
I haven’t been around after a season ends before an expansion… does it turn into an offseason where you can still run M+ dungeons or is it completely shut off?
Mythic plus is till running, although I think a lot of dungeons will be broken by the squish after prepatch. Raider io will start a mini-season score

You can still run dungeons, but all achievements are unobtainable except the +15.

Sorry but does this mean you can still get the Ach: Battle of Azeroth Keystone Master during pre patch?

no, you wont be able to get the keymaster for season 4, i think the only thing you can get is the achievement for finishing a key on lvl 15+
Battle for Azeroth Season 4 will end with the launch of the Shadowlands pre-patch. During the off-season, Mythic Keystone dungeons will still be playable using Season 4 affixes and rewards, but their seasonal achievements will no longer be available. Additionally, it will still be possible to queue for Rated PvP based on your Season 4 rating, but titles and associated rewards will no longer be earnable.
Wonder if this includes weekly chest reward as well.
Weekly chest will still exist. But it will be still set to the S4 ilvls (adjusted for ilvl squish that is coming).
Like how S1 rewards were still happening before BoD came out, likewise for S2 with EP and S3 with Ny’alotha.
The weekly chest still existed during the BFA prepatch iirc.
