Blacksmithing 512, trying to learn 510 PVP BS recipes so I can level, I buy the recipe and it goes like I’m going to learn it, but tells me 'this recipe is not available to you". It has done this with multiple recipes. I have no addons, I have the materials and I’m not sure what else
