End game in WoW is always controlled by others that why i hate this part of the game i wish blizzard do something about it some people are nice but in general i hate that part as solo player its like a wall make the solo Q raid i team lvl decent at least, seriously im not playing for end game for some randoms to pick and choose like they own the game F that let people gear up what is the big deal of this system we are paying subscription to have fun and enjoy open world not to get raid wall by randoms

I can play with people who also put effort in and have a good time.
The game is so easy now, you can gear up to current item levels in 2 weeks.

2 hours of questing and farming in ZM will let you buy full 226ilvl, OP is 201. They haven’t even put 1% of effort in.

You’re essentially asking them to make people play a certain way, take anyone and everyone that shows up, be nice to each other, etc.
Despite their best efforts, people WILL go for whatever the meta is, people WILL tell others no, and people WILL be jerks to one another.
Now, if we’re being fair? That character hovering around 200 item level is still fairly fresh. Normal, non-fated Nath is 200-207. That character is WAY too low for any fated raid at normal.
Go run some heroics. They’re still tuned for like 160 item level or so, but they actually drop 249 gear now. That should put you right where you need to be for LFR fated, then with a bit of luck you’ll get some decent pieces and be in line to move onto normal.

Seriously, take a few minutes looking around the forums. More than enough people that constantly complain about this on a daily basis. I still find it hard to believe that the lot of you seriously can’t trade battletags and start making your own groups.
But no, all of you would apparently rather come here and talk about how no one ever gives you guys a chance.
And FWIW, the folks in that 245-260 range have far more legit (but still rather slim) complaints than a character floating around 200 and apparently scratching their head as to why they can’t get into a normal fated group.
Not trying to be rude here. Just calling it as I see it.
TLDR: Get to 249 via heroics, find some people on the forums in a similar boat, group together and invite whoever you guys want.

Don’t even need to do that.
Heroics now drop 249 gear, but are still tuned to what they were at launch (or in the case of Tazavesh, what it was at addition)
There’s honestly no reason for a character to be unable to at least hit 240+ at this point.

Just looked it up myself on a rarely played alt. Either heroic entry is higher than I remember, or it was raised at some point: 185.
Pretty much makes you at least do some of the Covenant Campaign as that gear fully upgraded can reach 197.
And while I wouldn’t go so far as to think this is a troll thread (you’d seriously be surprised at how little effort the average casual player actually puts into their characters), my point stands. They’re a high enough item level for heroics, and heroics are now dropping 249 gear. 249 anything is a HUGE upgrade over their current gear, even if the secondary stats aren’t 100% perfect for their class.
Looks like they did some M0 in season 1, got a 190 lego and stopped playing for near 2 years then wanted to jump right into the end game
Well, I’m not going to knock them if they took an extended break. I’ve done that a few times myself since Legion, both for personal reason, and reasons relating to being unhappy or bored with the game at the time.
Usually takes me 2-3 weeks to get back into the flow of things.
If they did indeed take a prolonged break, then they really need far more realistic expectations. It’s like me being in full PvP honor gear just after the start of Shadowlands, leaving for two years, coming back last week, then thinking I’m going to hold my own against a 1500+ ranked player in an RBG that’s in 280+ PvP gear while I’m still rocking my S1 unranked set.

3: You can always create your own group.
Get over yourself, “the spirit of wow”, lol. I played Vanilla, people didn’t like carrying dead weight then either.

I 4653728% agree. It is literally impossible to do any end game content in this game thanks to the toxic elitist gatekeeping sweatlords! Blizzard needs to stop catering to the 1% amd realize 99% of the players are casual solo players who only do que content!

I would say the issue is getting like minded ppl together. The group finder doesn’t do that nor does the queue system
Any body can make a group with limited spots , Any body can list themselves . So at the end of the day its trial and error. There is no smart system in play .
The same thing is with the queue system. You can have one player who wants to take their time , relax and then you have some players who have ran it a 1000 times and just want to GO GO GO done and next. Just like Cata heroics they are not going to get along.
If you are the guy who recruits for your group , guild e.t.c or a person who wants to join. It always gonna be a pain . Unless you play those rare classes in great demand either due to a specific boss mechanic or because you are warlock
