On a max level character using Encrypted Black Market Radio it is not showing any of the items on the Black Market Auction House and it appears as empty. Going to Madam Goya shows what is available, but the item itself seems to have an issue on the remote access. Not sure if anyone else is noticing this,

Wooow. So making an in-game ticket for this issue gave me an account warning after repeated non-answers from the GMs.

Which means quit harassing the GMs about something they’re not empowered to do anything about and wait for the developers to decide to address it. Unless you’d enjoy a permaban for GM harassment.
GMs do not fix bugs. GMs are not developers. There is no ticket to tell a GM about a bug, you can submit a bug report in game or on this forum. Don’t spam the GMs with tickets on things that fall outside what they physically can do.
They told me to go here for a workaround:

They then told me to submit a bug report since they somehow don’t have the ability to escalate bugs themselves…
I have been doing that for months without even a support post to verify that they acknowledge the glitch.
Gaslighting people trying to improve the game is the quickest way to invite unsubs that I’ve ever seen.
They don’t do that. They almost never do. The rare exception is the fresh game-stopping bug in newly-released content that’s affecting 100% of the player base.
Otherwise, you report, they fix it whenever they feel like it, and absolutely no discussion or acknowledgement will be forthcoming.
And that is simply the way it works.
Explain this then:
They used to do this, but not since the Microsoft buyout. Great job providing cover for their nonexistent QA for free.
I am simply explaining the reality of the situation, since your expectations are so misplaced.
What you got is all you’re going to get. Like it or lump it. The only thing that can change is whether you continue waiting or give up.
Still bugged
Submit this bug in Nov 2024, it’s now June 2025 and nothing has been done to fix this. Its nice not having to travel back to the main city to access the BMAH.
