This quest appeared on my map. (Tuskaar 13). When I got to the spot there was nothing to do. Now the quest marker is gone. I believe there are cooking recipes at the end of this so would like to complete please.
I second this, I am not spending 50k to buy these off the AH when I can complete the quest. I am at the spot and the fish doesn’t show at all. I am Tukaar 14!

I too am also encountering this bug after spending gold on salt-baked fishcake and learning it. I was hoping I could get the other recipe from the quest and start making Gral’s devotion.
But once going back to the location of the hand in I’m just met with a Tuskarr child. I see the Question mark for hand in on my mini map but no one to hand it into.
Still can’t pick up this quest. ! shows on the main map, nothing on the mini-map or on the ground at the location (/way #2022 53.1 35.3 Half-Boiled Fish). Tuskarr rep is 22, and /run print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(66413)) returns false. Been bugged for weeks now.
