They addressed this. Can’t remember how Aggrend put it but basically they don’t want to add them because they want enchanting to feel exclusive. I can’t find the blue post, but I know that he said something like “exclusive” because it really made no sense.

Here’s a wild idea: with all the Enchanting bots running around, why not just add Enchanting Vellums to the game? They would: Make Enchanting no longer be useless Make Enchanting actually be profitable for the average player (aka non-bot) Harm...

I just read something where someone suggested Enchanting vellums that can be sold on the AH, which would make enchants more accessible to everyone; it would also make it so you don’t have to stand in capitals for hours on in spamming your services. I guess the one argument is it gets rid of the core aspect of the game, but idk, as an enchanter, sounds like it would be pretty awesome. I understand it’s not in classic, just wanted peoples thoughts on the idea.
Please give us enchanting vellum’s at some point in SoD. I don’t want to spend hours looking for an enchanter that can make the enchant that I’m looking for and then have to travel across the world to meet them.
I just want to be able to purchase the enchant I’m looking for off the auction house. Please…
