There is no point to enchanting work orders, the only things that can be created are illusory goods or rods/wands, all of which are useless with the exception of the enchanting rod.
I get that enchantments are BOE and can be thrown on the AH, however i would much prefer to fill work orders for enchantments as opposed to having to either spam chat with [enchanting] looking for work (literally the point of ALL work orders). why not have both the ability to put enchantments on the AH and craft work orders?
Also, past this week when we are trying to earn consortium rep and do 5 crafting work orders for rep, enchanters get shafted because there are no real enchants to fill work orders.

More problematic is that enchanters don’t even get the work order weekly, even for the few things they can do. So you just flat out lose knowledge and rep by having a gathering profession as your second

I have yet to get this as an enchanter. I usually get the kill fire enemies for their armor one.

Agreed x 500000. I have the Enchants and noone to make it for.
I agree also. People ask why it’s needed because everything is boe with vellums. Simply there is no easy for my people to leverage my skill investment with their mats.
It doesn’t exist as an enchanter. You simply miss out on this weekly if you have enchanting and no other crafting profession.

A guild mate and myself were just having this talk last night about poorly planned obsolescence. And it seems enchanting is getting phased out. Because it always seems like every profession has many end game recipes but enchanting always getting a back seat. Now you cant even participate in quests because the idiots left out quests for the profession or… hear me out, they are getting rid of enchanting all together. JK. I love getting off subject about how about poorly placed mining points, chests, dirt piles and other such assets placed inside walls and objects. My favorite is mining points in the Air. 15 YEARS and you people still dont know how to place pixels LOLS shamefull.

Hey it could be worse. Your work order could basically consist of two trinkets next to one one wants.
what are you talking about my enchanter has just as many profession quests as others, except for work orders and the knowledge points for enchanting are less than for bs so it balances out.
