Enchanting: Need to know recipe in order to learn it

Goblin is standing in Hall of Glimmers facing Enchantress Quinni. No add-ons. I had to give up on that months ago. Logged out. Cleared all the WTF stuff. Logged in. In order to learn Seal of Critical Strike, I need Zandalari Enchanting (Already known) level 35 (check), 30 Gold (because goblin), Seal of Critical Strike. The same problem exists for Seal of Haste and Seal of Mastery.

If the spell is required in order to learn the spell this is definitely a bug.

I repeat. No addons. Cleared the caches. Logged out and in again.

check your filters in the training window.

set the filter so you’re seeing only what you haven’t learned.

…then train the rank 1 version for 25g (or less, because goblin)
this will then let you train rank 2 which you’re trying to learn.
