How and where can I get one ? I did 4 heroic dgs got nothing and can’t find a group for m0 or m1 .Thanks
One comes from the questline where you clear palace raid and 2 to 3 more from rep grinds. Basically, play through the story, do quests, collect starter set.
Thanks i do all that just got my first from killing the queen quest , There is no way to trade cheap crest for better quality ones ? Sounds like a terrible design
The vendor next to the guy you go to to upgrade your gear offers crest transfers at a rate of 90:15, but only after you’ve upgraded each gear slot to no longer require the crest you were using, so need to have 619 in every slot before you can trade up Runed crests for Gilded and so on.
The conversion rate is also changing next week from 90:15 to 45:15, so you should probably hold all of your crests until then to get the most out of it.
You can buy more Nascent enchanting crests from the vendor next to the enchanting table in Dornogal, but you’ll need an enchanter and probably the materials required to turn it from a Nascent crest into an Enchanted crest.
You can check what materials are required for your crest in the crafting order window.

There is another way and this is what I do for classes I want decent gear on but I don’t have the same ‘mastery’ level on.
You can basically do world content/LFR until you fill up 3 slots of your vault. If you choose to get tokens (bottom option) you can change these in for 45 Runed Harbinger crests from Ardgaz right next to it. This means assuming you get enough Sparks to use them on you can craft up to a 619 (per spark).
