Llande in dorogal isn’t showing enchanted runed crest anymore at the moment.
Seeing this as well. Cant buy any enchanted crests from her
I can’t see any either.
Weirdly a buddy of mine can still see them on his pally (stormrage alliance) but i cannot see any on my priest (horde area 52)
She is not showing any crests at all for me either. Just now got enough gilded to buy my enchanted gilded crest and was going to recraft my weapon 
I don’t see any crests on the vendor at all. Pretty grumpy about it.
I also see no crests on this npc.
Crests were moved a few weeks ago to a different vendor that’s right next to the crafting order area.
