How does one acquire this to bring crafted gear to ilvl 639? In DF you would just buy them from the conquest vendor. Now they dont have them there and I have googled and looked at all other vendors, but cannot find them. Looks like they are making these had to acquire so no one can get gear any faster. than the +600 conquest per week.
