Happens regularly my guy. It will get fixed 
Still an issue. The last 4 or 5 I’ve used in the past several days have been a waste, both in and out of a raid. Irritating.
They’ll just ignore it. Not a big enough deal for them to lift a finger about probably.
Sigh, same thing happened to me. I only have a handful of items left that I need too.

Submitted a bug report so the troll cannot whine, but posting here to let folks know that in 2025 it’s still happening.
That item was doing that since it was introduced to the game
