What is so wrong with both being an option so you prefer DR great happy for you why is it wrong for players who can’t do dragon riding due to motion sickness or a disability to have regular flying.
Not like they are asking for your precious dragon flying be taken away I swear some players are just so rude and dismissive.

You do understand that if regular flying is in it completely removes any incentive for Dragonriding and will make it useless, correct?
It was added for a reason, and it’s not a hard system to understand or adapt to. If someone is having trouble with it, that’s a them problem.

DR is faster, some people prefer faster, some people will still use DR even if normal flying is added.

Regular flying will mostly kill DR though. You know that.
This is the RDF add/don’t add argument all over again.
If dragon riding is as good as you are all claiming it is then regular won’t kill it because it will stand on its own unless you are all scared it can’t stand on its own because players are only doing it cause we are forced if we want to fly.

It’s not about good vs not, it’s about easy vs challenging.
Humans will automatically default to “easy” when given the choice.
Regular flying is “easy” and it’s also “lazy” compared to DR. Sorry, but DR is ultimately better, and if they had put flying in like this from the beginning, you wouldn’t know the difference.

You can’t realisticly tell people to 'adapt" when they have hand or coordination problems or physically can’t handle dragon flying. Disabilities do not “adapt” on your behalf. I do not possess such but many do and normal flying should be given for them.
Above. Your very inconsiderate of others and take for granted what others do not have so easily.

I do understand where you are coming from but you and I both know they won’t enable regular flight for quite some time.
Its two buttons, if youre having trouble with that then how in the hell are you using your character out side of flight?

I don’t know, ask the people who have disabilities and are having problems why its so hard. But unless you had what disabilities they do, you will never truly understand.
