The AV quest Empty Stables is bugged such that the quest prompt directs “Return to Stormpike Stable Master at etc.” but the said NPC is not interactable. She seems to work fine at the start of a match, but very early on glitches out and ceases to accept turnins and give out new quests.

She’s not glitching out. There is a max limit of rams she’ll accept for a long while.

So when can I turn in more quests with her?
I don’t know what causes her to let you turn them in again in the same game. I’ve only had it once after about 2-3 hours of fighting. Mostly, you just have to wait until the next game.
