Every character I log into has email from Thaumaturge Vashreen with “Lost Item” in the subject.
EXCEPT there’s no lost item…. even though the standard “we discovered this item and it apparently belongs to you” text is there.
So WHY is this happening? Is he getting lonely or something and wants us to visit him to ask? Did AI infect one of his minions? Has he lost his mind and trying to recover memories?

It’s currency and it just gets put into your currency tab. You don’t see it happen. Yes, it’s weird.
I checked my currency tab before and after opening it, and nothing changed.
Well, we don’t know if it’s old or new currency, so it’s not as if we know what we’re looking for. lol

Newly created characters have this empty mail too. Now I can’t delete my char in Exile Reach unless I spend 40min only to get to a mailbox and delete this mail. XD

I received actual grey rarity crests from them on this toon. There was no issue then. After I made my first haranir character, then the brand new haranir and rest of my characters started to recieve the empty mail.
This! I was just messing around with new characters and now I’m stuck with a bunch that I can’t delete unless I spend 30-40 minutes playing through Exile’s Reach. It’s insane
Use the Ahuna Perch toy you got in your toy box from your alt and get your mail. 
I can’t tell if this is a bug or some new feature to try and combat bots
You can’t use Ohuna Perch during exile’s reach..I wish
Yeah it’s happened to me too. It’s odd because I’m not even sure what the currency is meant to have been. I just assumed in the end that it was a bug. The mail will disappear after about a month so, no worries I suppose!
