Emotional Damage 17/17
Emotional Damage is a guild focused on clearing all 25-man content in WOTLK. We plan on doing hard modes and creating groups to do achievement runs.
Guild Community:
We are a group of likeminded individuals that enjoy spending time together in game. We do world tours of Heroics to help gear out new and potential Raiders. We use discord In raid and when we hang out. While we only raid 2 days a week we enjoy spending time with each member and having a strong social aspect to the community. Raid Nights:
We raid on Tuesday and Friday from 8pm server to 11pm server. Confirmed members are expected to be on and ready for invites 30 minutes before raid starts to ensure we are pulling at 8pm. Raiders are expected to do the following each raid. Bring any and all relavant consumables. Be properly glyphed and enchanted. Understand boss fights and mechanics. Finally and most importantly respect the raid. When we are on to raid and in the raid it is expected that you be on time and ready to go when you are invited. This time is not just about you there are 24 other people dependent on you to be prepared and on time to have a good night.
Raid Spots:
Raid spots will be given on a performance basis. We look at overall dps, heals, and tps to determine who is performing where they should be. We also look at player deaths or otherwise boss mechanics to determine this as well. This is a competitive raid environment.
Current Needs:
Tanks: We are currently recruiting any talented tanks ( We do have a filled tank core at this time)
DPS: Warlocks, Elemental Shamans, Hunters (We are also willing to look at any talented dps)
Healers: Holy Paladins, Disc Priests
Raid Times:
Tuesdays 8:00pm server to 11:00 pm server
Fridays 8:00 pm server to 11:00 pm server
Loot:
We use DFT- Onslaught with an 80 percent attendance rating.
