So I’ve been farming tortollan seekers for over a week now and still have yet to receive a tortollan seekers emissary quest. I have done every emissary quest for the last 2 weeks to try and far out my pathfinder achievements. I was wondering how the game decides what the emissary quest will be that day and if there is any way to check what tomorrow’s emissary will be? I know pathfinder isnt meant to be done in a day but seeing as how every little bit of rep helps at them moment I was hoping someone could enlighten me?
They’re super frustrating. I feel you on this too.
On another note - I haven’t gotten a single unique toy or anything out of the many paragon chests from them. It’s actually annoying at this point lol
i completely understand the 7th legion/honorbound being part of pathfinder and all the new regional reps too but the seekers dont even have a decent quest hub so uts not as if you can get their rep up easily. the second part being that they usually only have 4 world quests a day which makes the grin way too real
I had to do some of their quests in Vol’dun just to finish the rep, so I feel you. The world quests just weren’t cutting it. I don’t know what determines which emissaries will pop up.
They are one of the things that make it kind of hard to farm AFTER pathfinder 2 is in the game.
Before Pathfinder 2, their emissary would be up as much as anyone else’s (since you had FOREVER to get the rep, REALLY, REALLY, FOREVER, so random seemed really “random” and it worked out.) So I got tons of paragons with them, as well as the rest (though Tortollan was my last one to “exalted.”)
But now that you want Pathfinder in a small time frame, you run into randomness as to which Emissary is up; It is totally random and no there is no way to check which one is up next.
As Vindelle mentions, they do have a couple of questlines. I notice that by my landing, in one of the Horde areas, there are a couple of turtle dudes with quests for me that I never bothered with.
Don’t worry though, I think we’ve had three Voldun’ai emissaries in the past week alone.
i was doing the math and assuming 1000 rep a day for each faction (which i feel is generous) i would have to do WQs for 9 days in a row, in order to have my pathfinder. the reason i dont worry about my proudmore rep is due o the fact that i still have the tirgarde sound story to do on my DK, i did the achievement on my warrior then switched classes. but ive been farming it for over weeks straight
The emissaries aren’t random, but there are a lot of reps to cycle through and you get 7th Legion and Honorbound twice per week, so it might take a while to get the turtle emissary to pop.
