Emissary Azerite Gear Not Scaling

@ilvl 396, the reward for today’s emissary is 385.

Shouldn’t the reward scale to 400 when you’re within 4 levels? I think I’ve seen it scale up when you’re within about 5-6 levels in the past.

Pretty sure the new cap was set to just 385 since they want the raid gear to matter more.

World Quest Emissary Rewards: World Quest Emissary weapon and armor rewards will also now scale up to 385 based on the player’s own item level. Rewards from the original Battle for Azeroth Launch World bosses will remain at item level 355 to stay on par with Uldir.

i am having the same issue today . =( no point to even do this emissary if the gear is so low ilvl. dang =(

What issue? Like it was already pointed out, the S2 cap was set to 385 so it’s not a bug. The gear is still useful for banking residuum if it’s too low to equip.
