Good times.
Stopped reading top post after point 2 since both point 1 and 2 were in vanilla pretty hardcore so the OP is clueless.

What about gold farmers! with no tokens being available in classic to buy, my prediction is that gold farmers will flood back in. Meaning EVERYTHING will be camped by some company of 20 people working a sweatshop in asia somewhere. Just my thoughts.
I also laugh at how many people come here to post and put 1 sentence or even less as a reply eg, “OP is clueless.” Ok you are entitled to your opinions but how about be constructive in here and express as to why you perceive this to be so? I enjoy seeing others views and most the time people with opposite views to myself post some engaging reasons and i enjoy such conversations.
Spell batching needs tuning down. Even some notable proponents of spell batching want it reduced. It feels awful. It’s like wanting the authentic Classic experience, so I cut off my feet so I’m the same height as in 2004. Let’s hope that is reduced, because 400 ms is far too much.
All that fluff just to get to the real meat of your post.
I can’t believe I read all of that.
Hahaha this, they need to bring downvote back
You enter a WoW world wearing nothing but a loin cloth, what happens after that is up to you.
If groups of people want to do this or that, then that is the world you have chosen to enter.
No need to over complicate or over police it. What you are doing, without malintention is exactly what happened way back when, that began to foster the changes to the game that so many of us coming back to Vanilla, hated.
It is like time loop, here we go again.
The mafia’s actually ensure maximum utilization of the resources. You get the maximum of them into the economy by making sure very spawn is farmed/harvested.
Black lotus being used regularly only for the highest end raiding will make it very expensive and all the farm points watched by those guilds regardless of a dedicated mafia. This means that the average person will never get more than an occasional right spot right time chance at one.
Devilsaur leather will likely stay high priced for a while but in the long run its only 2 pieces of gear that while pre raiding bis are not a requirement to do anything. The only people who will have problem getting those two pieces are progression pushing people.
In the end all the things you list are really only a concern for people trying to achieve things like server firsts, for the more casual people who will hopefully still be the bulk of the player base they just are not issues of concern.
