I killed heroic fyrakk on my alt but i didnt receive the tier token. i dont pvp and i didnt reach 2000 io in m+. ive relogged and restarted.
anyone have this happen to them and know the fix

The token is a random drop not guaranteed.

No, you get a mark of mastery for ksm, aotc or reaching challenger (1600 pvp).
It can be exchanged for 1 ilv 467 tier piece.

467 is pve/pvp tier.
471 i think if you go the pure pve tier.
No, it’s 467 and 1/6 Hero for both.
PvP variant gives the elite appearance whereas the “PvE” version offers the Heroic and Mythic.

yeah i opened a ticket but i still wanted to see if this happened to anyone else and they figured it out with out waiting 500 weeks for support and who knows if they are even gonna help

I got the pve tier helm with the token and it was a higher base ilvl than the combo one.

I think in week 2 or 3 they changed the track the pvp tier was on to match the pve tier. I think they’re supposed to be the same ilvl now but weren’t previously

All PvP gear is now champion, but the PvE tier here is Hero.

I have a buddy that missed getting the mark final season because we all thought it was AOTC. It’s a full clear.
Ah i apologise, apparently they used to be the same ilvl. Must have changed by the time i got it.
Yeah, they buffed pvp gear ilev a bit recently. I think the pve pieces might start with more crests worth of upgrades, though? So there’s that in addition to the diff appearances.
you need to kill ALL the bosses on heroic.
Of course, it is guaranteed.
