Emerald Dreamway Portals Not Working

I haven’t played my druid since early cata. I recently picked up my druid again and found the Dreamwalk spell. Upon using it, I discovered most of the portals do not work for me. I opened a ticket and a GM told me they are not working because I have not completed https://www.wowhead.com/quest=40643/a-summons-from-moonglade

I have been trying to find this quest, and it doesn’t seem to be available anywhere. I tried Hamuul Runetotem in Thunderbluff, no quest. Tried to find him in Dalaran, but he won’t spawn there. Looked for him all over Moonglade, but he’s not in Moonglade. The GM suggested I use https://www.wowhead.com/quest-completion-tracker to see which step I’m on, but according to the trcker there is no Summons from Moonglade quest, either complete or incomplete in Dalaran, Thunderbluff, or Moonglade. I’m going to open another ticket with the GMs, but I’d really appreciate it if anyone has any ideas as it’s a 12 day wait for a GM response.

There are multiple Dalarans?

Yeah broken isles dalaran and regular northrend dalaran (i believe)

That was it! I went to the warchief’s quest board in Orgrimmar, picked up the Legion starter, played through until I was sent to Dalaran. Once I got there, the archdruid appeared immediately. Thanks for the help!

The GM gave you incorrect information. I have completed all that stuff and after DragonFlight I am no longer able to use any of the portals in the emerald dream, I cannot get to the NPC area for Druids the portal doesn’t work.

I just used the portals there the other day to complete my heritage armor quest. I did play this character during Legion too though.
