I left the dream to go do some stuff in the Dragon Isles, and now the portal is gone and I can’t seem to get back. I have a quest that says take the portal, but the portal is not there. Just the portal bearer waving into thin air. HALP!
Are you referring to the portal at the Shady Sanctuary?

The one in Valdrakken. It just vanished. I managed to get back to the dream via Shady Sanctuary, but the Valdrakken portal is still AFK. lol
Pretty sure you need to finish the first chapter. I had the same issue. Shady Sanctuary portal should still be there.
The shady sanctuary portal is there but I walk through and it doesn’t go anywhere
