Hey guys, so i’m trying to get some emerald bounty cosmetic items - i have the emerald dreamseeds, but Talisia (the Vendor npc) isnt selling all the items? I thought maybe it was bc my renown wasn’t high enough (16 with dream wardens) but wasnt sure? tbh i stopped playing dragonflight for while and just came back for TWW, so a bit hazy.
